Privacy policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This policy explains what mykiddosheets ("we", "us") stores, why, and what you can do about it. It is written for parents and teachers, not lawyers. mykiddosheets is run from India. For anything about your data, write to support@mykiddosheets.com.

Who this service is for

Accounts are for adults only: parents, guardians and teachers. Children do not get accounts and never enter their own details. During signup you tell us whether you are a parent or a teacher so we can show the right features.

What we store

  • Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us.
  • Only what you type about a child: a first name, a grade and a favorite theme, so sheets can be personalized. Nothing else about a child is ever collected.
  • The settings and random seed of worksheets you save, so they can be regenerated. We do not keep the PDF files in our database.
  • Your subscription status and a customer id from our payment provider. Card details never reach our servers.
  • A daily count of the free worksheets you download or print, stored against your account so the free limit works. Old counts are deleted after a few days.
  • Messages you send through the contact form, a record of the account emails we sent you (so none is sent twice) and, if you opt in, your email for the weekly worksheet pack.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age set by your country). A child's first name and grade are entered by a parent or teacher and are treated as that adult's data. If you believe a child has given us information directly, write to us and we will delete it.

Cookies

We only use functional cookies: your language choice and your login session. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individuals.

Who processes data for us

We use a few trusted services to run the site: Supabase (database and login, servers in the EU), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Dodo Payments (payments, invoices and sales tax as the merchant of record), Resend (account and sign-in emails, servers in the EU) and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google). Each handles only what it needs for its job.

How long we keep data

Account data stays until you delete your account. Saved worksheets are kept while your account exists. Free usage counts are deleted after a few days. Contact messages are kept for 12 months. Billing records are kept by our payment provider for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account and everything in it at any time. Deleting your account removes your children's names and your saved worksheets. Write to us through the contact page or at support@mykiddosheets.com. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by row-level security, so one user can never read another user's rows. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Material changes are announced by email to account holders.
