The 30-day promise
Your first subscription payment, monthly or yearly, is refundable in full within 30 days. No questions, no forms to argue with.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not automatically refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the renewal date from your account. If a renewal slipped through by mistake, write to us within 14 days and we will look at it kindly.
How to ask
Use the contact form and choose "A refund", or email support@mykiddosheets.com from the address on your account. Tell us the email you signed up with.
How long it takes
We confirm within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take another 5 to 10 days to show the money.
School plans
School plans are invoiced yearly and covered by their own contract. Refund terms are written into that contract.
