These terms are an agreement between you and mykiddosheets ("we", "us") for the use of mykiddosheets.com. By using the site you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Accounts
You must be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your email address up to date so we can reach you about your subscription.
What you may do
Print and share the worksheets you generate for personal use, homeschooling and your own classroom, as many copies as you need. You may not resell generated worksheets, publish them as your own product, or use automated tools to download sheets in bulk.
Subscriptions
Unlimited is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on the pricing page and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and sends your receipts and invoices. Cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Your first payment is covered by our refund promise.
Free use
With a free account you can download or print a small number of worksheets a day, with a light watermark. Previews are free without an account. Some features, such as seasonal themes, kid profiles and saved worksheets, are part of Unlimited. We may change the free limit, but we will not remove the free plan without notice.
Intellectual property
The worksheets you generate are yours to print and share for non-commercial use. The mykiddosheets name, the mascot, the artwork, the fonts we license and the site itself remain ours or our licensors'.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the site up, but it is provided as is. We may change or retire features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice to download their worksheets.
Liability
The site and the worksheets are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
